Being committed to the universal ideas of human rights, peace, equality and tolerance, and being aimed at peace and democracy building in the South Caucasus and Armenia in particular, the Human Rights and Conflicts Research Institute (HRCRI) has successfully launched its activities as an independent, non-partisan, non-profit organisation with a firm belief of having valuable investment in protection of human rights and conflict resolution in the mentioned target areas.
HRCRI organisation was founded in Armenia and was registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia in April, 2010.
HRCRI NGO is directly involved in the implementation of projects promoting strengthening of the civil society in the South Caucasus and particularly in Armenia, establishment of the rule of law and support to the dissemination of democratic values; the development and cover of non-traditional, alternative solution methods of regional conflicts and international disputes, and putting forward new means of resolving disputes is also a key concern for the research institute.
Encouraging youth inclusion in the process of building healthy and peaceful societies, the improvement of the civil society members’ knowledge and skills over human rights and conflicts and the rehabilitation of tolerance and mutual trust based on the establishment of intercultural dialogue and cooperation are included in chief activity directions of HRCRI.
The Human Rights and Conflicts Research Institute NGO principally aims at promoting the development of the democratic state based on human rights, and supporting the process of preventing, managing conflicts and of reaching their peaceful solution.

The HRCRI staff comprises a group of young endowed professionals, that unmistakably comprehend the necessity to be credibly committed to addressing the aims the HRCRI is targeted at, and thus do not spare any effort in order to reach the organization main aims and objectives, doing their utmost for each and every endeavor the HRCRI pursues.
The organization main staff is composed of different proficient associates, who have attained their aptitude and knowledge in diverse competent settings and backgrounds and now unite it here for the realization of joint aspirations.
The young entrusted assignees have bountiful experience in Project Management being involved in many other projects other than within the activity frame of the HRCRI. Presently uniting their experience, skills, knowledge and competences, they have committed themselves to reaching the aims necessary for constructing a conscious civil society based on human rights protection and peaceful conflict management.
